The room i hired was very comfortable. You can find anything you need in the apartment. The staff was friendly and helped us a lot. There are lots of bars, tabernas on the street but it is incredible that you dont hear any noise in the apartment. Also because of this bars, there are lots of people on the street. So when you are coming to your apartment at night, you feel safd because of the crowd. So far i really enjoyed my stay in this apartment.

Отличное расположение, 5 мин хотьбы от вокзала Аточа, 2 мин до метро,10 мин до центральной плошади Дель Соль, а так же музея Прадо, парка Ретиро , остановка автобуса Сити Тур, и так далее..всё рядышком, что экономит время.

We stayed in the 3-bedroom appartement, which was extremely nice.
Javier, the owner is extremely helpfull. We could check-in early while the cleaning lady was still busy making up the appartment. Its very big appartement with 3 separate bedrooms and comfortable beds. There are two bathrooms which was very convenient travelling with 6 girls.

We really enjoyed our stay and everything was beyond expectation. Perfect position for seeing everything Madrid has to offer. The staff at Numancia, especially the man on the front desk the majority of the time are excellent. All our needs were met and any requests were willing to be accommodated including leaving our luggage there for a whole day (as our train trip was at night). We were even allowed to hang out at the hostel and use the wifi and bathrooms! -
