We had two rooms one of which was a very spacious double with a king size bed. The single room was larger than many others I have stayed in. Spacious and very pleasant public seating area. Very pleasant cafe/bar with good economically priced food.Perfect location and even though the rooms faced onto the main road, excellent double glazing ensured a peaceful nights sleep.

It's a perfect place to stay in Madrid. it was the best hostel i've ever stayed. Why?
1. Clean and beautiful. For me its the most important criteria - to have a clean bath and bed. Here everything looked new and smart. Cool design in corridors and inside the rooms.
2. Friendly and very helpful stuff. They will help you to organize the stay better

Hostel is at a perfect location, close to Plaza del Sol, tons of bars and clubs and Prado museum. Athough it is in a loud area, the hostel itself is pretty peaceful and sleeping problems caused by outside noise are non-existent.
Hostel staff is probably the friendliest and more helpful than I've ever seen. They are always ready to answer any questions and request within their power.
The design is simply wonderful and refreshing. The rooms are so clean that you could probably eat off the floor

From the moment you approach this hotel you feel welcome. The staff are true professionals who are happy to go the extra mile. The rooms are small but perfectly formed with wonderful design touches and very efficient a/c and water pressure. Maid rearranged room for us after first night to better suit our needs(2 twins beds to a pseudo-double) and tidied our sloppy shoes.
Ultra clean. Like spotless. Pressed sheets.
I found this property with a price filter but will make a bee line there next time.

Les chambres sont tres joliment decorés et il n y en a pas deuxidentiques . je sejourne la dans une seconde chambre avec home cinemaet ecran geant . Pour un hotel trois etoiles j ai l impression d etredans un quatre etoiles . le personnel est sympathique . les chambresne donnent pas sur la rue donc au calme . l hotel est situé non loindu centre . -

room was on 2nd floor but were told on checking in that they would move
us to a higher floor the next day if we found the room noisy. We were

saucepan to boil water. Also a fully stocked fridge with very reasonable
prices. -
The staff where very helpful and pleasant and the room was very quiet. We loved the kitchenette which was ideal if we chose to cook & eat in. The location on Gran Via was excellent i.e. close to shops, tourist attractions and Metro which was easy to & from airport. I enjoyed every day in this hotel & would use this hotel on another visit to Madrid. Highly recommended.
