The room was perfect, overlooking the city but not noisy, - Very reasonably priced for a city hotel. Our room was spacious, the bathroom was also a good size and the bed was large and very comfortable. Best of all the room was quiet so it was possible to get a good nights sleep even in the middle of a noisy city. The hotel is easy to find just a short walk from Plaza Cibeles where the airport bus stops. All the main attractions and shops are within easy walking distance.   The hostal was basic but excellent value for money. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the location was superb just off the Grand Via and within walking distance of all city attractions. In fact we cancelled another booking for later on in the holiday so that we could stay here again.This is a bed for the night, not a place to hang out in, ... ce que les gens disent » and as such is perfect for the budget traveller. - The staff were friendly and did everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible, and for the quality of the room, the price was absolutely excellent. The room had free wifi and air conditioning, which ensured we had a comfortable stay. The location was fantastic, right in the shopping area of Madrid.
