  Front Desk was very competent and they went out of their way to help us and we were very demanding. housecleaning was very nice and also efficient. Spa was nicely equipped.

We had great air conditioning after each day of walking in hot Madrid. The folks at the desk were always more than helpful. We had originally booked 5 nights, but after two nights in a cheaper hotel in the
