The staff were friendly and competent. We lost the internet connection once and they fixed it when contacted.The location was excellent, a short walk away from museums, restaurants and bars. The apartment was comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom facilities were satisfactory. -

The guy at the reception spoke fluent english that made checking in
really easy. He even provided a map of the city and marked all the
important and good things to see. We arrived there earlier than the
usual check-in time but as requested our apartment was ready and he
allowed us to check-in early.

I stayed with my 2 of my siblings and we loved the location. It was walking distance to many attractions and many restaurants. Our room was perfect. We had an interior room so, we never got any street noise at night. There was a grocery store 1 minute walk from the apartment, very convenient if on a budget. The one gentle man that we dealt with was very pleasant and made us feel welcome. We definitely stay there again.

We stayed in the 3-bedroom appartement, which was extremely nice.
Javier, the owner is extremely helpfull. We could check-in early while the cleaning lady was still busy making up the appartment. Its very big appartement with 3 separate bedrooms and comfortable beds. There are two bathrooms which was very convenient travelling with 6 girls.

We really enjoyed our stay and everything was beyond expectation. Perfect position for seeing everything Madrid has to offer. Wonderful, friendly, helpful staff - either well trained or the hotel is very lucky! We will definitely return to Madrid and the Radisson Blu will be our first choice of accommodation. Everything was top class, location, comfort, facilities, staff. Only discomfort would be smoking allowed in hotel bar, and indeed most of the restaurants/bars are still smoking zones. - Good central location, but at the same time very quiet. Comfortable room, helpful staff.

The Hotel was bright and vibrant and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The room itself was a good size and was comfortable with plenty of storage space. The Shower had plenty of hot water and good pressure. Breakfast was not quite a full English but good by European standards. Location was super for direct transfers from the airport on the C1 train (2.50€) then less than 5 minutes walk. Location also excellent for Old City and you can catch a train direct to Atocha station (1.60€),

Excellent Value for the money. Huge suite with every comfort you need: Kitchen with Lavazza Coffee machine, living room with large flat TV, huge bath with bathtub, huge comfy bed with an array of pillows. Good location (on foot 7min from the Via Grande, 10 min from El Prado and 3 min from the Bus Station 'Bus Express' to the airport. Would definitly go back. Nespresso Machine in the breakfast room. Fingerprint reader to enter the appartment: no badge you could loose or misplace. Free WiFi!

We arrived very late, about 11.45pm, and Juan was there to welcome us. He took time to explain the surroundings and to tell us what and where to visit. Our apartment was fabulous, large airy, bright, very well equipped and it was squeeky clean!! The location was brilliant, very central, but quite residential,Ioved sitting on the balcony and people watching, and the soundproofing was very effective. Overall, a really great place to stay, I would recommend The Central Suites to anybody visiting
