  The hotel has a perfect locacion, it's realy in the super center. We haven't use transport, because it was possible to walk by foot to any place. It's very clian and lovely inside, I really like the design of the room. We had 2 balcons in the room, so it was possible to regulate temperature, because central heating work very well. There is a small kitchen in the hotel, it's very useful. - I'm a single female on a budget and this was a great find in Madrid- a great alternative to staying in a hostal. Location was walking distance to all the main areas. I only had to take the metro to/from the airport. The place is family run and they stay right on property. The owner was very helpful. He did not speak English, but we were able communicate anyway.

I lost the boarding pass they had printed for me and they did everything to reprint it after the details of my flight had also disappeared, my fault, I was very distressed, they were wonderful and sorted it for me. The room was perfect, overlooking the city but not noisy, - Very reasonably priced for a city hotel. Our room was spacious, the bathroom was also a good size and the bed was large and very comfortable. Best of all the room was quiet so it was possible to get a good nights sleep even in the middle of a noisy city. The hotel is easy to find just a short walk from Plaza Cibeles where the airport bus stops. All the main attractions and shops are within easy walking distance.   An excellent City centre location within easy walking distance of Sol, Plaza de Espana and close to Museo del Prado and Reina Sofia gallery. The 2 bed apartment has excellent spacious rooms. The apartments are also secure in terms of entry to the building and the apartments themselves. We were met by Augustin who was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. One small iss - Location Location! The view from the apartment can't get any better, you have to see to believe it. The apartment is easy to locate, the owners are friendly. The duplex apartment we stayed in was pretty elegant with sofa lounge from Ikea, basic kitchenette, twin beds on the upper deck. Bathroom is slightly small but can't complain. Provided with clean towels for entire stay. Overall lovely place and we would recommend to anyone who prefers a Palacio view than a city view.

  location is more than perfect in the middle of the very live street in Madrid. you can just go down and you will see people still going walking everywhere even at 2:00pm. Staff were friendly and you can leave your luggage there after checking out. It felt very 'Spain'. We we given complimentary coffee in the morning even though we didn't have the room and breakfast package.

  Great value for money, good location, decent facilities for the price. Though admittedly basic - bed, safe, fan, not much else can be asked for at this price. - The room was quite small but comfortable and located in the central of the city and closed to the metro.
