  There appeared to be a citchen with electric oven and a fridge, and plates and cups. No microwave, no fry or stew pan, though. Somehow the presence of the citchen was not stated either in the description of the room or on the photo of it.   Amazing location. Exactly in the city centre near to pubs, bars and city attractions. Very clean hotel. Fantastic the possibility to eat tapas downstairs. - Everything was really great: the location, the staff, the room was clean and big, the resto downstairs was fun and full of people.

  Location, location, location!! :-) Next to the Plaza Mayor (but not so easy to find!, Bring a map of the area). Staff is really helpful, available 24/7. We had a quiet room in the backyard. I think this is better during weekends, since the front part has lots of bars and can be noisy. There are some 20 steps to get to the lobby, then lift to rooms... ce que les gens disent » . We left the luggage after check-out. Staff is really really nice :-)). Rooms is what you expect from a clean nice hostel. - The staff was really excellent in helping us settle in, find the parking and navigate around the main tourist sights. One of the most helpful people we have met. The rooms was very well furnished and had so much character we wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy it! Our own balcony looking out to the church! The location is excellent and I would certainly recommend staying here to friends.

  James, the receptionist went out of his way to assist me find a free parking place (he stood in it and kept if for me whilst I moved my car - top marks, this wouldn't happen in a UK city!) The room was as expected for the price and very close to the City. In the other points, they keep cleanness of the room and are very kind.

  We were in a room for 5 people with a shared bathroom. Everything went very well. Pretty clean room. It was quite cold in the city and had heater in the room. There was a mini-fridge that neither we came to use and a system for listening to ipod. Even the fact that the bathroom is shared not constitute any inconvenience. We recommend! - Location – nothing can be more central. Good price/quality value. Very friendly staff who's done his best to help and provide with all useful information you may need. Even though the facilities far from luxurious it doesn't make any discomfort either. Besides, what did you expect for this money?

  Hotel is in a beautiful setting and our room had views over the plaza. The hotel was comfortable and scrupulously clean; staff were generally helpful . We decided to stay for a further night and this was quickly and easily arranged. The hotel was good value for money. - Very clean and nice hotel.
