  There appeared to be a citchen with electric oven and a fridge, and plates and cups. No microwave, no fry or stew pan, though. Somehow the presence of the citchen was not stated either in the description of the room or on the photo of it.   Very helpful staff (all of them speak English, which is not always the case in Spain), clean rooms, just a few metres away from the main square (Plaza Mayor). Good breakfast and cooking facilities to make your own meals if you want to.   Location, location, location!! :-) Next to the Plaza Mayor (but not so easy to find!, Bring a map of the area). Staff is really helpful, available 24/7. We had a quiet room in the backyard. I think this is better during weekends, since the front part has lots of bars and can be noisy. There are some 20 steps to get to the lobby, then lift to rooms... ce que les gens disent » . We left the luggage after check-out. Staff is really really nice :-)). Rooms is what you expect from a clean nice hostel. - The staff was really excellent in helping us settle in, find the parking and navigate around the main tourist sights. One of the most helpful people we have met. The rooms was very well furnished and had so much character we wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy it! Our own balcony looking out to the church! The location is excellent and I would certainly recommend staying here to friends.

  Arrival on motorcycles was interesting with no close parking. However we were directed to a secure garage which was not too far to walk to (15-20 minutes). Staff were friendly and helpful on arrival and our room was fine with a small balcony. The position was perfect with Plaza Mayor being about 5 minutes walk and brekky was very reasonable. The staff were warm and lovely and the rooms were comfortable. The WiFi didn't work in our room though so we had to sit in the main lounge when using the internet.

  Located in the center of down town. Very nice hotel with friendly and professional staff. Heating was ok which was very important due to 2 deg outside. - Nice location close to the town center. Friendly personnel, though not speaking English, only Spanish.

  This was over all an amazing experience. All employers were above and beyond in our expectations, very friendly, always in a good mood and cheerfull. Great price / quality relation and very clean comodations. Amazing location, right in the middle of salamanca and yet quite enough to provide a good night of sleep. Good location, and not too difficult to find. An average backpacker's hostel. 1 small bathroom per floor could become an issue during peak holiday seasons. I went there at the end of October, so it wasn't an issue.
