  There appeared to be a citchen with electric oven and a fridge, and plates and cups. No microwave, no fry or stew pan, though. Somehow the presence of the citchen was not stated either in the description of the room or on the photo of it.   We were in a room for 5 people with a shared bathroom. Everything went very well. Pretty clean room. It was quite cold in the city and had heater in the room. There was a mini-fridge that neither we came to use and a system for listening to ipod. Even the fact that the bathroom is shared not constitute any inconvenience. We recommend! - Location – nothing can be more central. Good price/quality value. Very friendly staff who's done his best to help and provide with all useful information you may need. Even though the facilities far from luxurious it doesn't make any discomfort either. Besides, what did you expect for this money?

  our first room smelled of tobacco; when we complained they immediately switched us to a better room. The staff was extremely helpful and kind despite not having great language skills. The lobby or lounge was very pleasant to hang out in (and use wifi). - The location is good.

The staff were very helpful. - The location was great: near the historic city centre, with lots of space to park the car in surrounding streets, at walking distance from most pubs in the city... Also, the staff was friendly and cooperative.

  After booking I received an email not only to confirm booking and request estimated arrival time, but also with a detailed map and instructions from the train station and bus terminal. The room was good, clean, and warm, and value for money. It didn't look much from the outside, but inside it was clean and comfortable. You had to go the third floor to reach the hotel, but there was a lift. It was easy to park close by, if you were willing to get up in the morning and feed the machine at 9 o'clock.

  We liked that the guy who runs it speaks perfect english. He is very helpfull pointing out where free parking is and where the most important sight seeying spots are. - The staff is friendly and the location is very convenient. The hostel is very clean.

  Absolutely fantastic stay, at one of the best prices in town. Lots of hot water in the shower, spotlessly clean, modern decor. Windows kept out the road noise nicely. - Friendly staff, easy to walk into old city which is definitely worth a visit, modern decor, breakfast was excellent value for money, safe parking under hotel.
