  We enjoyed our stay in Madrid! The room was very nice, clean and decorated with a lot of love. It was in the city center and all sights are in walking distance. The personal was very friendly and warm-hearted. We felt welcome and would recommend the hostal. :-) - Everything was excellent!   We made a booking for 2 nights and got a good room that was to the inside of building. There were 2 head boards, which showed that the 3rd bed was just makeshift. But we had adequate space and ample light, so I'm not complaining. A no-fuss checkin and checkout. Hotel is in the centre of Madrid so when you go behind the corner, you are immediately in the shopping streets. We highly recommend this hotel and will visit again when we'd go back to Madrid!   Nous avons beaucoup aimé l'ambiance et le confort de la chambre. La situation de l'hôtel est un atout indiscutable: à deux pas du métro Callao sans pour autant avoir le bruit de la gran Via. Le contraste entre l'architecture de l'Immeuble et de son hall avec l'Hotel est tres étonnant. Et pour ceux qui ont besoin de repères linguistiques, on y parle... ce que les gens disent » Français. La chambre avec jacuzzi est à conseiller pour les amoureux avec sa luminothérapie. - Le personnel de l'hôtel est vraiment trés agréable et serviable. L'accueil en français.   I am so glad to say that everything about this central accomodation is absolutely perfect! My girlfriend and I arrived on a Thursday evening by Metro, and after some time fumbling around in the Gran Via area we found this gate (number 50) right next to Geox shoe store. Straight up to 5th floor and we were greeted by a young gentleman (Ulises) to r... ce que les gens disent » oom 1 overlooking a fantastic view of the Gran Via. Was a very sweet surprise to find 2 towel swans waiting for us, accompanied by a small bottle of c - I liked everything about this hostel. It is on the 5th floor but don't worry because they do have an elevator. The place was recently renovated so everything is new, modern, and beautifully decorated w/TV and nice quiet a/C. Even though it is on a very busy main street, my room #12 was quiet because it faced into a courtyard. Wi-Fi was free and worked great. The location could not be better. I could walk to Sol, Plaza Mayor, the Royal Palace and gardens, Plaza Espagna, and the Opera house. The
