  Le personnel attentionné et courtois, la propreté et le confort. - Great hotel. the rooms are excellent so clean and comfortable. Location was good not far from all the bars but far enough away to be quiet. The beach is 1 minute walk away. There is parking available off site but its close as well. The free wifi in the rooms is a nice touch. - hotel staff very friendly and spoke excellent english, the hotel is very clean and modern, breakfast selection in the lovely dining area was very good. free use of the jacuzzis, roof top swimming pool and steam room. easy access to the beach, old town and the lively bars/clubs area.

  The hotel it's self was excellent . The room spacious with plenty of room to move around in a wheelchair .the only bad thing was I could not shower in there . But hey it's a week so can always manage to get washed somehow. I cannot say enough good things about the staff they could not do enough for us. Next time I am in benidorm this is the first ... ce que les gens disent » hotel I will be looking in to - We have stayed here several times,we live in Spain about an hour away, so it is great for us to drive there, put the car away and enjoy a relaxing break. The food is excellent and the staff are superb. Happy to give us a requested room if possible. Would highly recommend this hotel and will be back again .
