The views are superb. The staff are exceptionally helpful and welcoming. The food and wines are excellent. The rooms extremely comfortable and luxurious. The hotel is an oasis of calm and comfort. -

Apartment was spacious and had 2 double bedrooms (1 en-suite), shower bathroom, kitchen, utility area, living / dining room (with double sofa bed), balcony

The hotel it's self was excellent . The room spacious with plenty of
room to move around in a wheelchair .the only bad thing was I could not
shower in there . But hey it's a week so can always manage to get
washed somehow. I cannot say enough good things about the staff they
could not do enough for us. Next time I am in benidorm this is the first

We have stayed here several times,we live in Spain about an hour away, so it is great for us to drive there, put the car away and enjoy a relaxing break. The food is excellent and the staff are superb. Happy to give us a requested room if possible. Would highly recommend this hotel and will be back again .

The location, the food especially the home prepared and cooked lunch time menu.The friendliness of all of the staff particularly Rosaba. The room we had was small but adequate, with flat screen tv, airconditioner, and huge wardrobe. The whole place was immaculately clean. Will definitely be returning sooner rather than later. -

... ce que les gens disent » n very friendly and there to help- not that we have needed them. i have always felt very happy here. - i have been going here since i was young and every time we go to benidorm we go to les dunes because it is a very nice place to be. the swimming pool is lovely, especially when the cover is over because the water is really warm and the heat meets you as you walk in. les dunes is surrounded by things to do and is very convienent. the beach is just yards away and is well kept.

very friendly staff on arrival if we needed anything it was sorted straight away the hotel was spotless very close to the bars and restaurants but just far enough away to have a good nights sleep with no noise would certainly stay here again

En plein centre, proche du front de mer, personnel très serviable - Clean, excellent location and very friendly staff - the hotel and staff were really friendly although most didnt speak english. the hotel is right in the centre of the old town and was perfect.
