  Nous avons apprécié,la gentillesse des personnes qui ont reçu.et leur disponibilite. A signaler que nous avons eu le petit déjeuner offert sur présentation du guide du routard et que un des responsable nous a indique un parking gratuit a 5 mn de l'hotel. - Rapport qualité-prix (en tout cas à cette période) imbattable !   staff didn't speak much english but were very welcoming and hospitable eg the gentleman at reception when i checked in took great care to make sure the wifi worked for me! and recommended a great breakfast place around the corner when i bumped into him in the morning as i was walking around. the hotel is recently renovated and was clean and neat.... ce que les gens disent » local art work was particularly nice touch. and had wonderful view onto the city walls and the windows (with shutters) opened, a great plus. the wat - Well-appointed rooms in a Hostal that offered a breakfast option and an on-site restaurant.   The hotel is situated just outside the centre of town. Our rooms were immaculately clean and very comfortable. The hotel was perfect for us as the room rates were very reasonable and just needed to stay for a night. - We chose this hotel because we were travelling with our pet cat and the hotel is 'pet-friendly'. I frequented the adjoining tapas bar, full of locals and a great experience. Good food & wine. Although I strugle with the Spanish language, I tried and met with quite freindly service.   Such a beautiful and welcoming hotel. Although we had a small room our three big dogs and one small one were welcome at this pet friendly place. Such a good location and pretty. Everyone helpful and underground parking opposite - a bonus in the city! Easy walking distance from everywhere. - Helpful staff. Beautiful walled city.

  I travelled to Avila by train so this was ideal. My room and bathroom both had windows with window boxes. Although I cannot speak Spanish the staff were still very helpful. It is near Lidl and Aldi. There are a lot of inexpensive cafes. - Rooms were really nice, bathroom to yourself with towels provided, clean, good wifi connection.
