Very good comfort in the rooms and the rest of the lodge. The breakfast is very good with a wide selection and always freshly made. Very clean.
The staff and the management is very helpful to plan your stay in Capetown and the area around. I will recommend this to all tourists planning to visit Capetown. We had a lovely 5 night stay here! -

It was accessible by car, taxi or even walking to a variety of places including the waterfront, citi-tour bus and restaurants. I enjoyed relaxing at the end of the day with glass of wine, good company and watching the sun go down over the ocean.

Staying at Acorn house is a real pleasure. The house is well situated and nicely decorated with antiques , rooms are confortable and spacious , the hospitality is outstanding. Great for a short stay if you are on a low budget. We got an upgrade to one of the guesthouses and were given a large triple room with private bathroom. Very quiet location for being so central. -

We liked everything. The hotel deserves 4 stars, sadly, however, i'msure it counts against them that parking is a problem, and they don'thave a kitchen that provides room service. - the hotel was situated very central. Staff are very friendly.

A well run hotel conveniently located in a quieter part of Sea View. The suites are modern and tastefully decorated although the bedrooms are smaller than the living room area.We also enjoyed a nice sized balcony overlooking the pool and with a sea view.

The staff were friendly,courteous and efficient without being intrusive. They went beyond the call of duty to assist. The hotel itself is what a 5 star hotel is all about, and I have stayed in five star hotels throughout the world,some of which don't match up to this.Would definitely stay there again.

It was very clean and the location was safe. The staff was very friendly and helpful. More luxury than you might expect from a bed & breakfast (guest house). Really charming. We slept very good. (I would ask for a room which is not next to the breakfast area.) Overall we would come back!

Hotel is a little, charming jewel. It is well hidden in a secondary
road, only 10 min walking from the waterfront. Rooms are spacious,
bright and cosy. The common areas are well designed and welcome guests.
Breakfast is awesome, with a wide choice and continuous replenishment,
food is cooked on the spot, nothing pre-cooked here :). Staff sets a new
