  From the minute we arrived the service was impecable our car was parked no fuss, we were early for the book in but were offered a complimentary beverage whilst waiting and the pleasant surprise we were upgraded to a larger famiy room with the best mountain view ever the convenience of being connected to the shopping mall is also a plus the room ... ce que les gens disent » service was quick and the staff friendly the room amenities were great and the reataurants were out of this world....then breakfast came the buffet se - We were overnighting prior to a long flight the next day to Dubai/Kabul. This could not have been a nicer stay. Car parked, check in seamless, room very nice. Our view was an ocean view which was great. The convenience to the waterfront activities and shopping was excellent. Late night coffee and cake in front of the fireplace was superb. The breakfast buffet was possibly the best we have had, just fabulous. Staff were all on their game, excellent service.

  Albert and Tersia, ( the owners ), were fantastic in their ability to make you feel at ease and comfortable after a long journey. Although the room did not offer a view of the Knysna Lagoon, it provided every mod con we could have wished for. The breakfasts are very adequate indeed and are serve - We loved the fantastic views over the bay from our room. The guest house is lovingly cared for by the owners Joyce and Graham. It is spotless. Graham arranged a superb golf day for us at Perzula at special discounted rates. We stayed 3 nights and didn't want to leave.
