The staff made us feel so special and no request was too much effort. Everybody was friendly and very helpful. When I exit the door with bags in my hands, the guy at reception, literally ran to open the door for me. The complimentary coffee in the morning was also a delight. -

Rooms painfully clean and neat. Bathroom extremely clean and spotless. Towels and linen / bedding all new and fresh! Well appointed and extremely good value for money. A lot of effort goes into keeping the entire guest house spotless. Staff and owners/managers very friendly and efficient. Good breakfast. -

In their beautiful garden peace and tranquility are easily restored to you. the walks in picturesque Ladybrand were invigorating to say the least. Brilliant four-night stay! The room was spacious, with lovely furniture and excellent finishes. Beautiful view looking out into mountains and private from neighbours. Very spacious en-suite bathroom, with nice bath and shower. Nice walking trail starts 50m away and town square with restaurants etc. is only 300m away or so. Breakfasts were AMAZING!

I had a comfortable, enjoyable experience here. Despite a slight glitch with my booking Hannetjie was gracious and accommodating. The breakfasts were freshly prepared and more than ample. The mountain view is very special and you are just out of the hustle and bustle of town to enjoy the quiet of the magnificent surrounds. Do take a drive from Clarens to Fouriesburg as the scenery is breathtaking and you can pick up some lovely jams at a fraction of the price you will pay in Clarens.
