Everything was good except they have no heating system. That's why when the weather is cold the chalets is also very cold.

The staff especially the lady manager on duty were all most welcoming and most helpful. The breakfast and general amenities are very good.The resort itself will appeal to people who want to experience the game park nearby and other natural and sporting activities. Most things, however the service is always a winner. The staff and management are amazing. You are made to feel very important and when you return home, you are all relaxed.
