One person of the satff came with us to the police station to declare the robbery. We went to the police station with one of the hotel's car. The person was very nice.   excellent stay! i travel the world over, just about every week I'm in a new place but have never stayed at a Kempinski before. The staff we great. The room was great. I got upgraded and dont even know why as i dont have a Kempinski loyalty card - but i do now! Will definitely stay again.
