  Staff was so nice,attentive and helpful. Check in and out was fast and easy, no waitings. No deposits at check in. Room (Mallorca) was very nice, cute and comfy. It was on the first floor with the views into the garden, where the outside terrace are in summer times. But anyway the room was great. Fast wi fi for free, complimentery 2 bottles of water, c - The hotel is a splendid old house in a very quiet area. Our room was very large and comfortable. The buffet breakfast (included) was excellent as was the restaurant in the evenings. However, the best feature of the hotel was the staff - friendly, helpful, and with fluent English. My wife found the bed a little too soft for her back - housekeeping quickly set up a mattress on the floor which solved the problem. In short - highly recommended.

  Excellent location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable room and facilities. We appreciated iron and desk in our room, so as heated floor in the bathroom. We had superior room: spacious, with 2 windows looking to the Moika river. Very calm. Hot and cold water with tea@coffee on every floor. Everything is close- the Hermitage, Nevsky prospect, the Dome etc. Staff is very friendly, extremely helpful and polite. I'd like to commend Vasili,- an exceptionally professional receptionist. The hotel is full of character, decorated with taste which becomes the old building in the grand part of St. Petersburg. Very clean, has around the clock self-service stand of coffee and tea in the lobby, good internet connection.

  The staff was very helpful. They spoke very good English and were able to help me with translation issues and directions. I had a room on the street side, which I was pleasantly surprised did not have much noise. The room was comfortable and clean. There were a couple of English speaking channels on the TV. I will stay at this hotel on my next visit. - I really appreciated the outstanding service that that the staff offered to us. While there, I had my passport stolen by a pickpocket on a bus and Svetlana, a staff member, took us to the police station and assisted us by acting as a translator. While enroute to the station, she gave us a running commnentary on the sights in St. Petersburg. The food in the two hotel resturants were excellent, but the one called Marius had more choices.

I booked a regular double with patio view but was upgraded to 2-level room with the Moika channel view (cannot thank the hotel staff enough for that!). The superior double was huge, the bathroom itself was the size of a regular room! It had everything we needed, including all the toiletries, bathrobes, slippers and complementary bottles of water.   3MostA has an outstanding location, often only minutes away from Saint Petersburg's one-of-a-kind treasures. I had a solo room for 4 nights and enjoyed a million dollar view of the onion domes of the Church on Spilled Blood. At 2 A.M. I could peek out the room-darkening curtains and find the domes softly lit against the pale twilight. The Moika canal is just a - All the stuffs are very friendly and made my trip enjoyable.If you have any question such as visa voucher and trasportation from the airport(taxi), they give you the answer by email right away. It was very helpful. The room is big enough for one person and well cleaned, and free wi-fi is good, too! The location is perfect. I could walk to many tourist spots, especially the Church of the Savior on Blood is 2-3 mins on foot from the hotel.

  Great staff who took time to give us recommendations, give directions, etc. They also speak English well which was an important bonus. Breakfast is a good spread with lots of variety, definitely saved time and money on that. And the location is excellent- right near Nevsky and just a 10-15 min walk to all main attractions. We had an executive room (note that minibar is not free in executive and standard rooms - unlike stated below) which was large and spacious, and very clean. The breakfast was included in the room and the breakfast was buffet style, with a very large and fresh choice of foods, and they would make eggs / omelettes if requested.   A nice new hotel close to a huge shopping mall and metro station. The hotel is very nice and quiet, breakfast was fantastic. They also have a well-equipped fitness studio. Staff was friendly, however security personnel will never smile or say hi, perhaps they're just taking their job too seriously. I also got ro - the hotel is very nice, clean, breakfast is good and staffs are friendly. the location is also perfect, close to Mall and interesting stores ia just a walking distance. i would recommend the hotel to friends who are planning to go to Saint Petersburg!
