Traditional hotel from old times but well modernized and maintained.
Fairly comparable with western business hotels. Good location next to
underground station. We were given a junior suite by price of standard
twin due to booking situation and arrival at 19:30 so can't review
normal room but suite was excellent. Reception staff was really helpful

The staff was very available. My walet was stollen in the street with money and ID card and others important things. One person of the satff came with us to the police station to declare the robbery. We went to the police station with one of the hotel's car. The person was very nice.

Good location, not very far from the main sights of St Pete, but quite a distance not to suffer from noisy center. Attentive staff, generous and nicely served breakfast. If you are lucky and get a smart deal, it's one of the best hotels in terms of value for money. -

Staff at the hotel was very efficient n friendly. All spoke good English. As always W hotel lives upto it's standards.

Hotel is excellent value for money. I had a business room with free wifi, breakfast included (which was very good) and free access to the Spa and gym which is also excellent. the hotel has a free shuttle to and from the airport and the city and the metro station is only a short walk away with a direct line to the centre. my room was excellent and

Good lication - it is far from city center but close to Pulkovo airport, so if you are going to leave for airport in the morning you can avoid traffic jam and predict time to get the airport. Metro station is near the hotel. Rooms are clean and recently renovated. The good beer reastaurant is located in the hotel building and work till 23h. The 24h bar is available in lobby with good choice of drinks and reasonable prices, but no snacks available.

This is the second time I've stayed in this hotel and I will definitely come back again. Location is terrific! All the main attractions and sights are within the walking distance. The room was spacious, well-furnished and clean (both of the times). The superior double was huge, the bathroom itself was the size of a regular room! This hotel is from Soviet time but it is really well renovated and modernized. Room was comfortable as well as common premises. We also tested spa premises and found those clean and well organised.
