This is a very nice hotel for a relatively reasonable price. A bit strange building, looks like a dormitory, but clean and cozy air-conditioned rooms for a very low price, 20-minute walk from the old town. Reception is on the 2nd floor, you have to ring the bell at night. Recommended.

the reception staff went out of their way to help us each day. breakfast was plentiful and full of choice. the packed lunches were really tasty with lots in them. the room was nice and big and lots of space for all our gear. nice power shower for after those long walks!! -

Rooms are small but very clean, bright and comfortable.
The position is perfect, between Kazimierz (the Jewish Quarter full of bars, pubs, restaurants) and historical city centre, you can reach everything by walking.
In the street you can also find little shops for any sudden need.

Room was quite small and very basic, but wonderfully renovated.
Wonderful heating and very friendly, relaxed, helpful manager of the hotel. He speaks wonderfully English.
Hotel is 20 - 25 minutes from Central Station by foot. From there connection to the airport.
Kiosk, and a little supermarket with good prices and (a part of the week) long opening-hours, are very close.
Hotel is as well only a short distance away from Wawel, the old Royal Castle.

We booked the apartment on the 1st floor. It was larger than we expected and definitely worth what we paid for it. Hostel was quiet, which I count as a plus. It is near Ul. Karmelicka which had plenty of shops to keep our fridge stocked and a 10 minute walk from the Stare Miasto. Host was friendly and helpful. We only visited the common room once

We arrived into Krakow on a very late flight and didn't reach the hostel until 1 am. We had to wake the proprietor to check in, for which we felt very badly. However, he was very gracious and professional, and did not show the slightest touch of irritation at the situation. Our apartment was very clean and faced onto a quiet courtyard. We had a good night's sleep.

We were a group of four on a girlie trip, therefore we had the whole apertment to ourselves which was ideal. They had thought of pretty much everything including lots of extras we weren't expecting such as coffee, tea, juices, colas and cereals etc. We organised our transfers through Mariola which was very smooth and good value, she also went over everything with us and ensured we had her number should we need her. All in all it was a very easy place to book, stay in and enjoy! Absolutely fanta

This was a beautiful hotel. Rooms were clean and new and the value was outstanding. Just down the street they have a restaurant where we had an excellent dinner and a delicious breakfast. Staff spoke enough English and were extremely helpful. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wish we had booked for more than just 1 night.
