Can't rate this place enough! Situated on a pretty pedestrian street, it was a little bit difficult to find at first but friendly passers by were happy to help. The Staff where brilliant and the so was the property, we originally booked the 6 room however they also offered a seperate room for us just so we could have 2 bathrooms.
Every day and night they where helpful even when they let us in the aprtments at 5 in the morning after a heavy night. If you looking for a place bang in the centre seconds from all the best bars and restaurants this is the place for you.

We loved the old-fashioned, refined ambience of the place. Our room was small but elegant with a nice modern bathroom, a small fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and 3 bottles of water each day. Breakfast was very good, as well as the cold buffet you could have cooked food. Dinner in the restaurant was also very good and excellent value.

great location, right next to the main square. I can't say anything about the B&B, since we got an apartment in the same street, which made this a great value.
So the apartment was equipped with full kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room with couch and spare bed and laundry facilities. We were very pleased.
Helpful staff and generous with late checkout.

En fait, c'est ce que nous n'avons pas du tout aimé. - We liked that the Florianska Apartment House is at the centre of the old town. That the building was full of character and that each apartment was different. - The location is fantastic and the staff were very friendly and helpfull.

Very nice apartment, new fourniture, bathroom and kitchen. Very comfortable beds. It doesn't matter that the reception is two blocks from the apartment. They are very nice and they take you until the apartmente. Moreover, it is very near from the main street. Just perfect location. -

Stayed at Krakow City Apts on 2 occasions. Unit #12 was a studio, very clean, amply cooking area. Unit #4 was a much larger 1 bedroom with sitting area and large kitchen area. Location was very convenient to train station and sights, but location in a courtyard provide quiet from street noise and ability to keep windows open. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated in an old, but greatly renovated, tenant house. Our room was spacious and nicely furnished. The ceiling was high, allowed for plenty of air to breathe. The mini bar was full, and breakfast varied and more than sufficient. The produce was fresh, bread from a bakery, not from a supermarket. Selection of teas for breakfast great, and coffee very tasty. Ladies serving breakfast always polite and smiling.
