The atmosphere was unique and enjoyable and the staff welcoming and friendly, going out of their way to help us arrange for tours and cabs.
The location was convenient and about a 10 minute walk to the city center, although we spent much of our time in the charming bars and restaurants around the hotel.

Everything! Monica/Monique was a doll. She served us breakfast every
morning and did everything possible to make our stay wonderful. She
packed us lunches to take on our tour to Auschwitz which was very kind.
This place had a fabulous restaurant serving Polish/Jewish cuisine
and live music during dinner. Amazing! Make a reservation ahead!!!! The
rooms were great! Spacious and comfortable! We will stay here over and
over! Loved this lace!!!!!

The hotel was beautiful, the rooms spotless and so tastefully decorated. We were very lucky to be given an upgrade to the nicest suite, I'd mentioned is was my husbands birthday the day we arrived and they left a box of delicious polish chocs as a gift for him. It was a quiet, cosy and..warm appartment near the center of the city. There was a tram stop 3 mnutes walk away (at Swedzka & Monte Cassino corner) which takes you to the old Town(tram no 52) in less than 10 minutes. Also, a small supermarket and baker's shop around the corner. The owner and his wife are very friendly and helpful..They explain

The location is PERFECT. About 30 seconds walk from the Main market square. Everything in Krakow that you'd want to see you can walk to from here. Also made is very convenient if we needed to pop back for lunch/a nap!

... ce que les gens disent » ious. the apartment was very central. would recommend booking transfers with teh apartments as they will drop you at the apartment main office then onto your apartment otherwise it is awalk through teh market sq which is ok if you do not have too much luggage. the taxi driver was very helpful.

excellent location, fully equipt apartment with cutlery, pans etc, heating was very good and kept the place warm. All radiators had there own control so they could be turned up/down. There was plenty of hot water and the location was of the hotel was the best in krakow - big room and central place

We stayed in the apartment for 6 days and nights. It was very close to
the centre, walking distance. Street was not noisy. Very short walking
distance to the main railway station which is absolutely a plus. From
the airport it was easy to get there by train! Also very easy to take
the bus to the saltmines and Auschwitz! The staff was very helpful.
