The staff, especially Justyna, the manager, were extremely helpful. Not only did Justyna help us tremendously when we realised the night before we were due to arrive that we had overbooked by 1 night, she also helped in coordinating our tours to the concentration camp and the salt mines.

The unit we are staying called Amigos. It is perfect for family with young children. My kids enjoy the toys and game console which came with the apartment. It is also easy to buy groceries for cooking as shop is nearby. The area is so lively at night. There are six of us, and complete bed for everybody (no sofa bed etc). The location is perfect for tourist. It is so beautiful and lively.

The place was clean and tidy on arrival with excellent facilities. The lady who met us to give us the keys was very friendly and helpful. There was lots of information on where to go and what to do. Location was brilliant - close to centre but set back from the road so quiet. Even had a balcony which didn't have a view but was very private. -

Everything, Jan met us at the apartment and showed us round. Apartment itself was clean (spotless actually) tidy, well presented, modern and in the centre of everything without being noisy. The garden area was a blessing for a quiet drink prior to going out for the evening.

Brand new apartment with all the comforts, inside a inner block (so very quiet) and with private garden. Kitchinette well furbished with all the necessary appliances including an espresso machine.

Le personnel de la reception de l'Hotel Florian nous a préparé la chambre telle que nous la souhaitions et a même organisé les transferts de l'aéroport à l'appartement et vis versas.
