  Staff friendly. Single room contemporary, very comfortable, felt like a small flat with its own front door rather than hotel room. Single bed extremely cosy with luxurious mattress topper for added comfort. Staff lovely, I didn't pay my bill initially and had to return to hotel to do so. Had a large room with amazing views of the mountains, water and ships. If you were disabled, the rooms too would have been easy to navigate, especially the bathroom. Breakfast was good and offered a wide choice of food.   We left an expensive souvenir in the room and when I called them they found it and sent it to us. Nice hotel in the centre of the city, nice pub restaurant in the same building. - Great central location just a short walk from both harbour and bus station. Free hot drinks available.
