  Excellent hotel in a great location on the river. Rooms were recently renovated and were lovely. We took 3 small children and the staff went out of their way to cater for us. Great restaurants close by. The pool was an excellent bonus. - Very nice hotel in a great location. Pool is fantastic. They have a kids play room also. Even being that close to the train station, it was still quite and quite comfortable, but spartan in room furnishings. The beds were comfortable and the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. We got an extra room for free in stead, which was great:)

  The staff. I was having a problem with my mobile phone and the lady at reception (I wish I knew her name) was sensational. She went to a lot of effort and trouble to help me, and she was amazingly friendly as she did it. Excellent service! - Very clean room with new furniture. The cafeteria had a small garden. Very good breakfast.
