  I liked the spacious rooms with pleasant views of the green forest and the friendly and helpful staff. The General Manager was approachable and she was very friendly. We were not charged for an extended check out as we found out when it came to settle our bill. Of course to be able to have wifi made a lot of difference to my stay. We used the excellent shuttle bus many times. The Breakfast spr - The staff being a very helpfull n friendly..same goes to the facilities inside the room & it is very comfortable I'm satisfied with it..easy to go to the nearest shopping mall just by 5min walking.Love this hotel!!!!

The staff is so nice and helpful, good location for shopping and food, and they had reserve a parking for us, when come back from other place, can park directly, room very nice compare with many KL 4 or 5 star hotel...Excellent!!   For such a quality hotel, I would consider it to be cheap and very good value for money. The room is spacious and clean. Love the design of room which has a large sofa and a King size bed. The flat screen TV set is put in between the bed and the sofa and has a 360° rotating board, this gives me the luxury to enjoy watching tv, either from the bed ... ce que les gens disent » or from the sofa. From the room, especially the guest who can request higher floor room, can see quite good view of the city and it is beautiful. The - I am at bkk, and so I cannot use Japanese fonts. The Hotel was very good to me, because it was not expensive (good & less expensive). It was enough clean, quite luxuary and comfortable. I want to stay at this Hotel again next time.

  We arrived just after having stayed in the jungle at Sepilok (which was after days of diving and a long bus journey), so we really needed somewhere clean and comfortable. The Sheraton Sandakan far exceeded my expectations on both fronts. It was extremely good value for money. Location was convenient - it took us less than an hour - The staff at this hotel, did much more than expected. I had a birthday cake delivered to my room a very pleasant surprise. The best service we have ever had from all staff, in any place we stayed in Malaysia for 4 weeks, could not fault service, type of room & cleanliness.
