I liked this hotel so much! very relaxing place, very polite people. 100% enjoyed staying in it. Nice swimming pool and very close to beach and beside beach is a small bar, everything done for fantastic rest. And also loved massage done by professionals, felt super after each massage.

... ce que les gens disent » s amazing, far from noise, but still close enough to walk to the bars and restaurants. the hotel is on the beach, no need to walk for reaching it. the sunset was really nice. Breakfast had a lot of selection, both western and local, sweat and salty.

Beautifully appointed room, in a very serene setting. The fabulous pool with perfect temperature and gorgeous view is perfect for relaxing in the afternoon. Location was very convenient, close to airport, close to the beach and close to the Underwater world. Facilities were excellent, staff was extremely courteous and helpful. We liked the furry cats running around the place, our lil one year old liked playing with them. Very homely feel to the room we stayed in. Bathroom was huge and the wooden bath tub was quaint. We loved the fruit and cakes that they stocked daily in our fridge.

We really had a great time and I definit - A lovely spot situated by the road but you cannot hear the traffic. It's approx 15 min walk to the beach & resort. The staff were very helpful, especially Wanie, she helped us with everyday queries. We hired a car for 3 days, costing 300 MYR (£60) so that we got to see the island - it has beautiful beaches and the cable car ride is spectacular. Absolutely fabulous! Perfect beach location for relaxing family holiday, plenty restaurants and shops within walking distance. Friendly service without being intrusive, the staff always happy and smiling. Food outstanding at the restaurant and pool side, breakfast good with plenty choice and good coffee. The resort and rooms are clean and well maintained, security courteous and professional. Well done Frangipani for brilliant team effort to provide us with a perfect family holiday!

The room was compact and clean. My room was facing the carpark and had a
balcony but the sliding door couldnt be opened. Maybe it is intended as

I had spent the previous two nights at the Sheraton Imperial in KL and was a bit concerned about the transition from luxury to budget. I neednt have been.
