  Nice staff, Nice room, Nice parking service... The staff is so nice and helpful, good location for shopping and food, and they had reserve a parking for us, when come back from other place, can park directly, room very nice compare with many KL 4 or 5 star hotel...Excellent!!   Nice hotel with clean & comfortable room. On a separate note, I had a bad experiecned with one of the front desk staff while I was talking to her to complaint that my air cond room was not working when I came back from dinner somewhere at 11pm. I couldn't continue to talk to her as she was being rude to me . The next day once I am back from work a lady man - Love the furniture and atmoshphere of the room. Warmth, luxury, and all promised on the images seen was there. Reliable and consistent services just like other Novotel Hotels Chains brand we expected. Highly recommend this place. The room was very clean and comfortable, everything as expected, staff were friendly and the breakfast bar was just amazing!
