Very convenient coming from Chitose Airport as the airbus bus-stop is right in front of ANA hotel! We were given a twin bedded room on the 15th floor. It was peaceful and quiet, clean,hot water flask and all toiletries provided.The toilet has a bidet. Odd numbered rooms on a high floor faces the morning sun and has a good view. Very close to JR Sa

the English-speaking concierge was on hand to assist with my check-in and was there to help regarding some confusion about my transfer to the airport. Fantastic service, staff are all incredibly polite (as is the usual in Japan) and were always trying to help. -

Love the hotel, nice modern clean room. Connecting rooms were an added advantage. Ski in and out facilities were very convenient. Rental services was very convenient, staffs were helpful and went out of the way to ensure that we had what we needed. With the lockers provided, equipment were conveniently stored. Kids love the place too.
