  I got lost when trying to find the place but a wonderful old lady went out of her way to show the way. I love that ahjumma! I like the traditional feel of the place. I was supposed - The staff were awesome, not only did they have a copious amount of knowledge about Matsumoto and Nagano in general, but they treated the guest not as a customer but as a close friend or family member. If there were potential problems to be faced outside of the hostel they were very happy to offer their Japanese skills as assistance.
