  We arrived earlier than the check-in time so we dropped our luggage off at the front desk. When we got back to properly check-in, we were pleasantly surprised to learn that our luggage had already been sent to our room without any hassle.   Fantastic location a short walk from Nishi-Shinjuku-gochōme station. The hotel itself is clean, the room was quite large and the facilities (internet, washing machine, microwave, kettle, cutlery, crockery, proper knife for cutting things) were excellent. We thought the breakfast was quite good. Start your day with a healthy salad, boiled eggs, toast and a main dish that changed daily. Staff were super friendly. They greet you every single time you walk into the hotel. We made good use of the washing machine, dryer and microwave inside the room.
