The service at this hotel went above and beyond. When we asked for a
recommendation of a good sushi restaurant, the concierge actually ran
out to a place, got us a table, and then walked us there! Impressive.
The place is lovely--much nicer than even the photos could illustrate--
and in a great location, near trains, shops, and great restaurants. The
public baths are wonderful, and a marvelous breakfast was
offered...complete with Miles Davis LPs on the turntable. We liked the

We arrived in late morning so we left our bags at the reception and went

Staff were very helpful whenever we asked them for something. My hotel
room key kept failing and a new one was issued each time with no fuss.
Spoken English was better than at other hotels I have stayed at in
Tokyo. Room was typically small Tokyo style room, but it was clean and
comfortable. My son loved the breakfast buffet, which isn't the
biggest but it's adequate to set you up for the day.

Staff were very helpful throughout entire stay. Helped book and explain destination to taxi for us and no issues storing luggage for us which is lucky as we could not find any free lockers for large bags at Tokyo station.
