  These were my 2nd and 3rd stays at this small and cosy hotel. I like everything about it. I experienced both a Japanese and a Western-style room, both types are fine (of course you have to know hotel rooms in Japan are relatively small). The Japanese-style breakfast is great. When we asked for a recommendation of a good sushi restaurant, the concierge actually ran out to a place, got us a table, and then walked us there! Impressive. The place is lovely--much nicer than even the photos could illustrate-- and in a great location, near trains, shops, and great restaurants. Staff spoke some english but I get the impression this hotel is more oriented towards local or business travel.
