  A truly Japanese experience. We hand a japanese style room, with a picture postcard view of the lake and mount fuji in the distance. Upon arrival, we were served tea in our room. The large room was partitioned with a sliding japanese screen doors, dividing the bedroom and seating areas. We opted for the shared bathroom (there is a toilet in the ro... ce que les gens disent » om). We really didn't know what to expect. It's a traditional, segregated male and female, bathing area. Just what we all needed after a busy day sigh - spacious room with own terrace and bar makes me more relaxing while looking to the lake in front of me. during afternoon before dinner , walking in lake for about 5 mins walk from hotel is very convenient.and we try the japanese style room! was fantastic! should really try to first time in japan.they have also shuttle bus which u can ask to pick u up in nearest station.thier english is pretty understable so probably it will be good enough to zero percent japanese langauage.lots of near japanese

  Loved the atmosphere and that people were friendly and easy. Also loved that the staff had a good recommendation for a restaurant when we wanted a kind of food that was not represented on the hotel restaurant list. Staff was helpful. Shuttle to the train station was extremely convenient. Walking distance from some key attractions.   We sayed in a dorm but it was more like our own room because of the room deviders. It was comfortable and really close to the train/ bus station. Great value for money. We also did their 2500 yen PP offer to see a temple,traditional 400 year old houses and natural fresh water spring with lunch and dinner included. Over all had a great stay, all the staff were very helpful (even helping us to book our ove - Excellent location - you can see it from the train station. Staff can speak English. They have a locked luggage storage room and kept our luggage for us while we climbed Fuji overnight (we had checked out the previous morning). They offer breakfast of toast with jam, juice, salad and unlimited tea and coffee for 180y. There is also a restaurant for dinner. Rooms were large with fridge, TV, large cupboard space and hangers. Laundry available. Large rooftop balcony with clothesline to dry laundry

  l'accueil et la restauration (simple mais copieuse) la terrasse - This guesthouse is in a good location with peaceful surrounding with nice lake view perfect for those who don't want too much activities. It is clean and comfort and spacious. The owner (an elderly couple) is so friendly and prepare a wonderful homemade Japanese dishes.
