A truly Japanese experience. We hand a japanese style room, with a picture postcard view of the lake and mount fuji in the distance. Upon arrival, we were served tea in our room. spacious room with own terrace and bar makes me more relaxing while looking to the lake in front of me. during afternoon before dinner , walking in lake for about 5 mins walk from hotel is very convenient.and we try the japanese style room! was fantastic! should really try to first time in japan.they have also shuttle bus which u can ask to pick u up in nearest station.thier english is pretty understable so probably it will be good enough to zero percent japanese langauage.lots of near japanese

Lovely place to stay to experience a traditional Japanese style hotel. Fantastic views of the lake from our room and of Mount Fuji from the roof garden. "maiyumi" was so helpful during our stay, being able to
introduce the facilities and foods in simple English. The dinner and
breakfast are excellent, location is good and they can arrange free
transport between train station and hotel. Highly recommend this hotel

private onsen just outside the room is pure enjoyment. Location
isn't right next to Kawaguchiko lake or facing Mt Fuji, but walking
to the lake takes only 5 min. The ryokan also has complementary service
to bring you to & fro Kawaguchiko train station.

Friendly English-speaking owner who picked us at the train station and
sent us back on our departure day. He even sent us to the theme park
which was a short drive away. Good location - near lakes, attractions ,
supermarket, restaurants & convenient stores.

- les proprietaires ne parlent pas anglais mais ils se mettent en 4 pour faciliter le sejour : il n'y a pas de commerce a proximite, n'ayant pas de solution pour dejeuner le premier midi les proprietaires nous ont cuisine un repas improvise absolument delicieux;

We received a lot of help and understanding from the owners, despite our inability to communicate effectively. The owners were genuinely helpful and friendly. They offered to fetch us to the bus station when we missed the timing for the bus at the bus-stop nearer to Kamifusen.
In addition, the place had excellent decorations which make you feel warmth and cosy. Excellent food were also served, with taste of the foo -

This guesthouse is in a good location with peaceful surrounding with nice lake view perfect for those who don't want too much activities. It is clean and comfort and spacious. The owner (an elderly couple) is so friendly and prepare a wonderful homemade Japanese dishes.

although the hotel was 2 km from the train station the owner came to pick us and retuned us in the next day. the place itself is not new but well kept and maintained. at the time of our arrival we were the only guests in the hotel, which shortly became an advantage, because we had the whole bath for ourselves.

The inn is located at a quite good location, which is within walking distance from Kawaguchiko station and close to the lake. Also there are two combini stores just next to the inn. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice and the view of Fujisan from the room was amazing.

The view out of our window was right in the direction of Mount Fuji. The room was lovely, with quaint touches such Japanese robes and an extremely comfortable, floor-level bed. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. Across the bridge, which is a 20-30 minute relaxed walk, is a part of town with a multitude of restaurants to fit every price
