Our room was lovely with the sea view balcony. And it was not just any sea view, it was the fantastic blue Mediterranean with Vesuvius. One could have gazed it 24/7! The staff was incredibly friendly everywhere: reception, restaurant, bar, the cleaning ladies. Always with a big smile and a friendly comment. We had four days in Sorrento and was very happy with our choice in Hotel Regina. My advice would be to choose a room with a full view as the view of the water and Mt. Vesuvius was a delight. The view from the breakfast room is also truly gorgeous, making eating twice as good. There is no restaurant available for other meals but not an issue for us as plenty of little restaurants in Sorrento to choose from. We would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again in a heartbeat.
