Ettore was a wonderful and thoughtful host that made our stay very enjoyable. He was tremendously helpful in answering any of our questions. He offered a great overview of things to see and do not only in Sorrento but on the Amalfi Coast. He was very knowledgeable about the area and was able to suggest some great restaurants. Very responsive staff. We had a problem with the bathroom on our last night. It was pretty late. Nevertheless, the staff came immediately to assist and even allowed us to us the facilities in the adjacent room seeing that we were checking out early the next morning.

From booking this B+B we were in constant contact with the staff ref arrival time etc. The closeness to the train station made finding the apartment very easy. The apartment itself was very new and we must have been one of the first couples to stay. The facilities were great with a very lovely shower. Very nice hotel, a kilometer from the circumvesuviana train station. Near from the town centre, good views of the mountains from the room. Very friendly staff, supermarkets, restaurants nearby. They help with tours, maps etc. Will stay here again. Access to the roof for drying laundry as it has clothes lines, pins etc. You can have breakfast in their garden. Very calm and quiet area.

Absolutely wonderful hotel, which deserves all the best rating it has. I would say it is rather 3 star hotel than B&B. New, clean, comfortable, close to city centre and railway station featuring open terrace, fully equipped kitchen and coffee machine that allows you to have proper cappuccino for breakfast. Grazie mile, Alfonso, for your warm and welcoming hospitality. It was the best hotel in our 10 days trip in Italy. We will definitely recommend belvedere for anyone who visits Sorrento

Highly recommended. Right in the heart of Sorrento. Only 15 minutes walk to train station and bus depot. We had a spacious room overlooking the piazza. Friendly and helpful staff. We would definitely stay there again when we return to Sorrento. No lifts, so you better practice lifting your suitcases up a few flight of stairs. I didn't mind because
