The room was clean, had airco and modern. The staff is very friendly, prepared to offer assistense and even the cleaners tried to help when you asked something despite the fact they didnt speak english.
Location is great if you like the beach. Short walk to the beach, centre of town and restaurants.

L'appartement est très beau, les chambres sont spacieuses, la salle de bain est très agréable.
Les personnes qui louent cet appartement sont très agréables et fournissent dès l'arrivée toutes les informations nécessaires pour passer un bon séjour.

L'appartement est idéalement situé, à 800m de la gare de Signa d'où on peut prendre le train et se rendre à Florence en un petit quart d'heure. L'accueil est sympathique. Tout a été refait à neuf et pensé avec soin.La propreté est exemplaire .Et bravo pour les éclairages intérieurs qui créent de douces ambiances ! Un très bon rapport qualité/prix.

The owner of the house is very kind and obliging...waited for us even when we were late on our way, without any problem and even we arrived at midnight, he welcomed us very pleasantly and gave us some good advices about Siena (including free parking). The room was really nice furnished and clean. Excellent breakfast...especially the cakes. The house is on the quiet surburb of Siena, very good position for discovering Siena :) We definitely recomend this place...no doubts!

Great accommodation in the Tuscan hills. Views out of across manicured gardens and pool to vinyards and olive groves in rolling hills. Can easily see the impressive hillside town of San Gimignano. We hired a vespa with Mauros help and had a fantastic time riding around the tuscan countryside and small medieval towns. -
