  A really nice place at half an hour drive of beautiful Florence. Very nice and friendly owner Simone with his wife. They were ready to help and provide us with nice tips. Two advises: Whenever you organize a dinner for guests: inform them and charge them per person. Also the coffee- possibility in the office-part: make sure the guests can use the ... ce que les gens disent » coffee themselves and make them pay for the coffee! All Dutch, German etc guests love (and are wiling to pay for) a nice coffee in the morning! - The setting was absolutely wonderful .It is a working vineyard located in the Tuscony area. For Americans you have to understand you are renting an apartment this is not a B&B. The Staff is not always available but when checking they will give you all the info you can handle to get around. U will need a gps but the area is beautiful and We would definitely go back. Glenn & Peggy King

  This is a lovely hotel made special by attention to detail. Our room ( junior suite) was extremely comfortable and even had tea and coffee making facilities. The owner is very helpful and friendly, and it was great to have use of the free bikes.   The owner Carlo is amazing. He had a wealth of information about Florence and the surrounding areas. He was also very nice, and helpful. We were told about all the hotspots as well as recommended restaurants in the vicinity of those sights. The B&B is also very clean, and quiet. It is also very close to the metro Firenze smn. The value for the price is ideal. - The hotel has recently been taken over and the owners are both friendly and ambitious to make improvements where possible. The room is large and after spending a day in bed sick, I can tell you how comfortable the bed is! Breakfast was small and simple but I do believe this is one of the changes to be made. We were within 10 minutes walk of the Duomo and downstairs is a fab coffee shop and one of the best kebab shops I've ever eaten at!

  La situation de la chambre - We stayed at this bed and breakfast for 4 nights and it made our vacation to Italy very easy. Location is amazing. It is right outside the leaning tower and across the street to a bus stop for the city. He also informed us of places to stay away from and local news in the area such as a child pick pocketing in the area. there was free wifi - Really freindly welcome and a fantastic location in Pisa. Recommendations for resteraunts given to us by the manager (Luca) were the best we found in Italy. He even booked the table for us. We had the bigger room which comes with a private balcony. Plenty of space four 4 of us and room comes with a double and two singles which is good for families. They were happy for us to leave bags with them all day, which is great if you have a late flight..

  We really enjoyed our stay. Every detail was taken care of in and out of the room. All kinds of little extras in the room and then there were bicycles available to each person at all times. Our hosts were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and offered great advice for local venues. The B&B was decorated very nicely and was impeccably clean throughout our stay. The breakfast was so very good. They made an incredible breakfast and it felt like eating at home (cozy). The wifi was very fast! You can tell our hosts put their heart and soul into this and want yo - The landscape, the kindness of our great guests, the cleanness of the room and the design of the rooms. The breakfast was very tasty. The atmosphere of this B&B is great, we had a wonderful time there. We booked three nights and came back during our holiday for another four nights.

  The room was fantastic, Clean, comfortable and very large. The bathroom was also very nice, well furnished with an excellent shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful. On arrival they provided us with a map and directions to the center of the city. The Breakfast which consisted of cakes, fruit, yogurt etc.. was excellent.
