The surrounding is really great to fully get away from all normal things
you usually do in your live. No internet access (what is good), but
mobile phone is possible. The tv has Italian channels only and some
english News channels. The houses/apartments are part of an old
castle which are nicely rebuild by the owner family. The family is very

The hotel is situated near the station. It is a B&B so the feel is more homey in the room. It's clean and the bathroom looks like newly renovated. Not a huge selection for breakfast but okay especially for the price.
They recommend a restaurant nearby and said to mention the hotel name to get a discount which is quite nice as well. -

The staf was verry friendly. When we arrived their was cold water and some fruit in the fridge. It was a verry nice place, special when you like to have some space of your own. We had an appartment on the groudfloor with a nice garden. The staf works very hard, to please you. The pool was verry nice and clean, with a beautiful view over the hills.

Staff is super friendly, Lorenzo with brother are very nice and helpful. Place is fantastic, clean and cozy, a bit away from the Florence, but easy reachable by car. Rooms are huge and luxury, we had 2 bathrooms in apartments, and fireplace! Also barbeque available on-site. Pool is beautiful, just like a picture in some luxury promotion booklet!

A very nice and clean small hotel near the downtown (less than 20 minutes of walking) of Florence and close (less than 15 of walking) to the St. Maria Novella railway station. It's located in a small and quiet district without any through traffic.
And to be fair, I liked the hotel manager more than the hotel. He was so kind to draw a personal map

What a great place to stay. Generally check in ends at 8:30pm but Marco stayed up until midnight for us. He was so helpful and walked us through all the sites and gave us great restaurant recommendations. Our room was clean, large, and there was always complimentary wine in the entrance way. Paolo made us great breakfasts and was a joy to see in the mornings. With its close proximity to town, large new rooms, free wifi and free wine, this is a perfect place to stay.

Excellent central location for visting Tuscany's main sights. Beverly Park Residence is being run as a hotel, so one doesn't need to bring towels & beddingstuff. Almost everything. Location was top notch. The best restaurants and bars were easy walking distance. The beach was an easy walk. Good running / walking area all around Tirrenia. Could also walk to the super markets. Washing machine and kitchen in the room.
