  We came just for one night to visit Venice. The bus station to Venice is right front of hotel and they sold us the bus tickets on the reception which was great. It took about 25 min to get to Venice. The room and bathroom was clean and the breakfest is good. The staff is excellent, the rooms are emaculate. The overall experience was great. We booked an expanded family room and they gave us 2 double rooms. My wife didn't want to leave the hotel it was very nice.

  An outstandingly warm and friendly welcome, very helpful with tourist information, ultra clean and excellent breakfast. Secure parking and on a main bus route to Venice about 45 min. Duration. Excellent garden area where we could have our meals, owner always provided cutlery, glasses and plates and coffee. We had a great time with other guests and the owner in the evenings after a long day of walking Venice. Highly recommend - Friendly staff, was having the tickets to us for Venice whenever we needed it. Also allowed us to keep the luggage there over time. Breakfast was nice. The owner also organised for us an airport transfer. They were a lovely couple and the place was spotless. Even though they don't speak much English they make a good effort to understand.

  Valentina, the owner of the place it's very nice, kind and helpfull. The place it self was very clean and in order. It's not a big hostel (4 rooms), I personally liked that. And it's just few minutes from the train stations where you can park your car for free and for only 2,5 € you get to Venice in 30 minutes.   Pietro and his Mother (Mama) are one of the best hosts who we ever met! Nice house, nice rooms, everything is clear! They have a beautiful garden, and breakfast outside in it, with coffee, cakes, eggs, bacon, jam, etc. Just wow! It was easy to get to Venice by bus only a few metres up the road from the hotel, and to catch a train on to Florence. Parking is on site and the hotel is easy to get to.
