  Although we booked this hotel we ended up in Il Burchiello across the street. For that hotel I can say that the receptionist spoke English well, the room was quite comfortable and clean. Bathroom was of decent size. Breakfast was standard continental. In my opinion not really a 4 - star hotel but definitely value for money.
