This hotel was conveniently located to the train station. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, the room was rather large compared to any of our other Italian hotels and the bathroom was huge for Italian standards.
The restaurant was decorated in Ferrari memorabilia and we were right at home.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was generous, and the location of the hotel was excellent - central to the city centre. Parking was undercover and we were able to leave the car in secure parking after we checked out for a few extra hours, which was really helpful. The room was clean and well decorated.

Picked from the internet this hotel turned out to be a real find.Easy walking distance of the old town, secure car park, easy to find, quiet area, had the best buffet breakfast we had in 3 weeks in Italy including much more expensive hotels. Real fruit, crush your oranges for juice!

We travelled around Emilia-Romagna during our Easter holidays and the first stop was in Modena. We had a family room at the hotel and it includes 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. room rather than a pokey broom-cupboard.
This family run hotel is a joy to stay in with the Old Town just a five minute walk away.
I keep seeing other reviewers moaning about lack of variety for breakfast in these budget priced hotels but, for goodness sake, a good supply of coffee, toast, spreads, juices and yoghurt is quite enough and that's what you get here plus the pleasant conversation with the hard-working proprietor.

The facilities are very modern and well kept. The staff is extremely friendly yet professional. The hotel is well located close to Modena but easier to access than a downtown hotel. An extra bonus was getting to see all of the Ferrari vehicles parked in the lot which were owned by visitors of the nearby Ferrari factory. -

The location was good with a 10-15 minutes walk to the old city. If you are going to the Enzo Ferrari House museum - it is practically in the same street.
