  Spacious room, with nice furnishings and fittings. The "chromatherapy" lights are a nice touch. Nice to have tea/coffee facilities in the room. Locations is very practical for the station and public transport. The owner is extremely helpful and obviously cares about his business. - The holder is very nice there.   Enjoyed staying here, we one used it for one night to be close to the station to fly out the next day. It's a great budget option, large room, clean and secure. We stayed around the Trivoli Fountain for 5 nights at the start of our trip. We found the restaurants so expensive there. ( You pay gor locatoon). Nice location (not the most glamorous part of the town but so convinient to be close to termini station). Good value for money. Very simple but clean and calm (ie. what you would be looking for in a budget hotel). Breakfast is simple but included in the price and really nice to have for a good start of the day.

  The staff was very friendly and helpful. They knew a couple of different languages enough to be kind and helpful. The street was quiet and even though I had read that you could hear others in the next room, guess we were tired enough from our sightseeing, we didn't hear anything. I wasn't so sure about the twin cots but I slept on one and no problem with my bad back. It is just a 5 mi - Very friendly staff, clean bedroom and bath, AC and shower works well. I thought the room is pretty sound proof, as we did not hear any noise during our 3 nights. Bed is firm but we liked it. The hotel is on a quite street and feels safe. It's actually next to an adult cinema but very quite and did not bother us. Walking distance to Termini station, there is also a bus station(#90) near by, we used it from train station but we did not find out how to ride it the other way around. Overall, a goo

  Spotlessly clean, bright and cheerful with big windows. The location was optimum, only a few minutes walk from St. Peter's. The staff were friendly and helpful. I got my own set of keys so I could leave and enter whenever I wished.   I had booked a double room in this hotel for my parents, I was flying back to Ireland. I met Daniel at reception after a very short and easy taxi ride from the train station. He is very friendly, and explained everything. The room was clean and spacious, and quiet at night,. The bathroom was spacious, and a good shower. Daniel and the staff went out of their way to mak - I could not even imagine it would be so nice. Personal pick up and early drop off at airport for costs comparable to local cabs just adds to the value. In fact we were so early to miss breakfast the last day our host asked if we wanted to grab something from a local cafe. Always considering us and our comfort. Great personal breakfast. We plan to stay here anytime we are in Rome in the future. Perfect location. You are 15 minutes by foot from the Vatican and 30 from other major sites in town. I

They were extremely friendly and helpful.The room was clean and comfortable and had all the necessary facilites including aircon, fridge, hairdryer, wifi and elevator with safe card access.
