The hotel was clean and pretty. The location could not be any better, as it is right across from the Spanish Steps and the Spagna train stop. The first person who was at the desk when I arrived was incredibly helpful and nice, and had them clean my room for me first, since I was so tired from my plane ride. He also told me where I could go at night that was not full of tourists. The breakfast served in my room was also very nice.

Righ from the start, the customer service was great! Our 2 bedroom/4 beds apartment was located a short walk from Piazza Republica. The location can't be beat; around the corner from the Spanish Steps and in walking distance to most major sites. We travel to Rome often and this is by far the most exquisite small hotel we've ever found. What a gem!

We stayed in the Annex, which is around the corner from the main hotel and reception. Both buildings are in the old city centre, a block or two away from Trevi fountain and many restaurants and curio shops. great location.

clean. The bed was large and very comfortable. We had a room with a
