The sense of having a home to stay in as opposed to a hotel, sense of independance. Beautifully maintained. Elegant. Will highly rec it to fellow visitors to Rome and will stay here on every trip to Rome ourselves. Staff extremely accomadating and genuine. - It is ideally located with the views of the Spanish Steps to die for.

We had a superior double room (302 a) with a view overlooking the
Spanish steps. Room was clean and comfortable with a relaxing white

The hotel was clean and pretty. The location could not be any better, as it is right across from the Spanish Steps and the Spagna train stop. The first person who was at the desk when I arrived was incredibly helpful and nice, and had them clean my room for me first, since I was so tired from my plane ride. He also told me where I could go at night that was not full of tourists. The breakfast served in my room was also very nice.

Righ from the start, the customer service was great! Our 2 bedroom/4 beds apartment was located a short walk from Piazza Republica. The apartment was clean, had wi-fi, a kitchen with plenty of utencils to cook if you wanted to. The bathroom was quite modern, the beds were very confortable. I learned of this hotel from friends who had stayed at the Margutta 54 property (run by the same people) and I must say my experience exceeded my expectations.
