  The room was big and air conditioned. The own kitchen was great. So helpful, nice, polite and great staff on the hotel. Especially the young, bald man, who helped me several times, special thanks to him!!!

  Hotel Five was a great find. The hotel staff from the receptionist, cleaners to the lady who serves breakfast were exceptionally kind and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them and every time I passed them I was greeted with a sincere hello and a smile. The hotel itself is on two levels. The hotel is in no way big or grand but in all honesty they do not pretend to be and personal - (I assume I have rated all the above aspects of the hotel very highly in your point system) Hotel five was an excellent choice for position, ambience facilities and staff . So easy to travel anywhere in Milan as it is minutes from train system. The beds were comfortable -and the third bed for our 16 year old daughter was a real bed not a fold out camping style .   Loved this hotel! Our room was very spacious and beautifully furnished. A good walk to main shopping strip. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the breakfast room is fun and quite different to other city hotels.
