Accueil et services dignes d'un 4 étoiles (rare en Italie) avec personnel francophone. Chambre spacieuse et mobilier de qualité (mais pas kitsch ni rococo, encore une fois rare en Italie). The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The suite was excellent, very comfortable and plenty of room and all the appliances you need for your stay. Great to have your own key to come and go as you please. 20 mins by tram to Milan cathedral.
We had a fantastic meal in the hotel restaurant, the waiter was excellent and explained all the Italian dishes, very highly recommended.

Hotel Five was a great find. The hotel staff from the receptionist, cleaners to the lady who serves breakfast were exceptionally kind and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them and every time I passed them I was greeted with a sincere hello and a smile.

Hotel five was an excellent choice for position, ambience facilities and staff . So easy to travel anywhere in Milan as it is minutes from train system. The beds were comfortable -and the third bed for our 16 year old daughter was a real bed not a fold out camping style . The outlook over the green courtyard was most appreciated in such hot weather.

I stayed one night on business and the hotel was walking distance from my meeting venue. I used the restaurant in the evening and the meal was extremely tasty. Breakfast was also good. Friendly staff and room was comfortable.
