  Very good location for someone arriving with a late flight at Pisa airport. The stuff of B&B Gate 52 was very helpful. Mr. Rocco was waiting for me and the baby at the airport even it was after midnight and this helped me a lot. The room was nice and clean, and the toilet clean and always available. It's quite handy in a short walking distance from the airport. We arrived in a rainy day so we had to take the bus from the airport to the hotel and there was bus stops near the hotel. Besides, it takes about 12 minutes walk to the central train station.

  We arrived very late, about 02.30 - delay flight from Denmark. Robrto and Sylvia were waiting and gave us a very warm welcome. We could sleep as long as we needed, and Sylvia gave us hot and strong coffee in the morning. We received warm hospitality from Roberto and his wife. My son Adam loved them! The place is comfy and the shared bathroom is very clean. it is situated near a bus stop and the bus will take u straight to Tower of Pisa in less than 15 minutes. Wifi connection was good. They provided breakfast and the cappuccino was great!

Staff was really friendly and they did helped us out with basic necessities like bottled water for the kids.   This was an ideal place to stop over after arriving at Pisa airport. We were welcomed by our host who took time to show us all the facilities and provide information we needed for finding an evening meal and travelling into the city. Breakfast was very good and more than enough: croiss - It is really nice place to stay...it is a walking distance (aprox. 10 mins) both to the train station and to the airport. You can easily reach the city center by bus or by bike. The owner may give you free bikes depending of the availability. The owner is very friendly and maintain really clean the place all the time (at least I saw her cleaning the place 3 times the day we were there).
